Detox Stress Covid19: A new rhythm, a new consciousness

In the circumstances we find ourselves at the moment it is important to approach and discuss our relationship with time before, during, and after the confinement imposed by Covid19.
There are many symptoms and effects of stress, and during these days, through a personalized diagnosis and accompaniment, we will explore them in all areas of our lives.
In this program we will learn how to manage stress and to strengthen our immune system, while we learn, exactly, what is stress and how it manifests itself in the physical, emotional and psychological levels.
For a good stress management, it is necessary to create a balance between the mind and the body. During our time here, to reach this balance, we will start our days with a class of Chi Kung, followed by a meditation and nature walk, some theorical and practical teachings of healthy nutrition that minimizes stress, and learning some techniques of relaxation. We will also get an extra help from a Tibetan bowls concert, to help detoxify from the accumulated stress caused by Covid19.
Creativity is also extremely important in stress management and during the program we will have the opportunity to explore it through a specific workshop.
At the end of the program you will take home with you some of the most important and necessary tools to manage stress, and small exercises to apply on your daily routine.
